30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and packaged in the original box or wrap. A valid proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To get started, just drop us an email at support@dropoutchaiwala.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. Please contact us immediately upon delivery, and we’ll sort it out quickly—whether that means a replacement, refund, or another solution that works best for you.
Need an Exchange?
If you're after a different item, the quickest way is to place a new order after your return is accepted and processed. That way, you won’t have to wait for the swap.
Refund Process
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Do note that banks and card providers may take a few extra days to reflect the transaction on your statement.
